Tech Definc ("we", "us") builds and operates techdefinc.com. This page explains what we collect when you visit the site or submit the contact form, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you submit the project inquiry form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your preferred contact detail (email, Telegram, or WhatsApp handle, or a phone number for a call)
• Project type, budget tier, and timeline you select

This information is sent directly to our internal workflow system so we can follow up with you. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing.

Automated data (analytics)

On live (production) visits, we use two tools to understand how the site is used:

• Google Analytics 4— page views, button clicks (e.g. "Book a call"), and form submissions, tied to a browser identifier, not your name.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session recordings and heatmaps (mouse movement, scrolling, clicks) so we can see where the page is confusing.

Both tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. Neither is configured to collect the contents of the form fields you type before you submit.

Bot protection

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a background check to confirm you're a real visitor before your submission is accepted. Cloudflare processes a small amount of technical data (like your IP address) to make that determination.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if we start working together, for the duration of the engagement plus standard bookkeeping retention. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' and Microsoft Clarity's default retention settings.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or object to how it's used, by emailing hello@techdefinc.com. Most browsers let you block or delete analytics cookies directly in your browser settings.
